Chairman Matthew Kennedy opened the meeting at 7:00 p.m.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Anthony Costello made a motion to approve the January 4, 2012 meeting minutes. Kenneth
Strom seconded the motion, all were in favor 4-0.
NOTICE OF INTENT – 27 Eagle Terrace Lot 4 Kaupila – New Single Family Home
This is a continued public hearing from the January 4th meeting. P. Harding distributed revised plans to the Commission. Michael Krikonis asked if the applicant’s plans were revised according to the Board’s requests. P. Harding said where plantings called for, only boulders were indicated in those areas. He also asked if the buffer zone on the wetland was clearly shown on that plan. The Commission discussed and agreed it was.
Michael Krikonis made a motion to continue the hearing until March 7, 2012 due to the fact that the applicant was not present this evening. Kenneth Strom seconded, all were in favor 4-0.
The Commission agreed that the applicant should be requested to submit an alternatives analysis, clarify the planting area and name the natural shrubs and saplings on site.
Anthony Costello made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:20 p.m. Michael Krikonis seconded the motion, all were in favor 4-0.
The next meeting is scheduled for March 7, 2012.
The February 1, 2012 meeting minutes were approved on March 7, 2012.
